Wow! This is a real problem. I had no idea. Apparently it’s from constantly rubbing. The site I just checked says to apply Vaseline of Body Glide to your nipples before a long run. You can also wear band-aids or “Nip Guards” (Yes, seriously. Couldn’t find them on eBay or Amazon though.)
Knaller. Hat das schonmal jemand gehört?? Nach “erlebt” frage ich ja gar nicht… :p

sagte am 30. Oktober 2009, 00:32 UhrIn jedem ordentlichen Sportgeschäft, das eine Laufabteilung hat, gibt’s Nippelplaster. So ab 20km kribbelts dann für ein paar Tage, wenn man’s nicht gewohnt ist.
